    PSI Magnet Pull!

Post by Bramblefang on Sat Jul 24, 2010 1:16 pm

    PSI Magnet Pull!

See what Lucas is doing up there? He's using his down special, PSI Magnet to absorb Charizard's Attack...and restore some of his own health as well. That isn't the only way to use it though.

I will teach you how to do the Magnet Pull.

    Steps

    • First, get into a brawl where you have the opponent as Player 2 without him or her fighting you.

    • Next, make yourself some space on the stage.

    • Jump then use your second jump to move in a direction (left or right)

    • Then, use your Side Special (PK Fire) in the direction Lucas is facing.

    • Finally, use Lucas's Down Special (PSI Magnet) as soon as the lag after using PK Fire has ended.

If you did it correctly, Lucas should have been pulled quickly into the opposite direction in which he was facing.

    Recovery Uses

This move can be used to recover when getting knocked off of the stage. However, you should only do this if you were really knocked back really high. If you were knocked back at the level where you are in line with the stage or even lower, it's best to use your second jump and then PK Thunder.
