Q: WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!!!!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!!?
A: The simple answer is: I've outgrown web forums. It is not like I enjoy them anymore, but I simply don't have time for them. As I grow up, I need to focus more on what is important in my life, and I really lost that bond I used to have with both BG and CG.
- Cranky, you probably are like "So you think XBOX is more important than anything else!?" I'll give you a hint: I'm not the only one who plays it. I admit to constantly entering giveaways on Twitter in the past year...which I really got lazy about recently. I DID end up winning quite a few games, though
Q: Are you going to delete the site?
A: No. I'm going to make this official. I've been a horrible administrator, so I am stepping down in position. The torch will probably be passed down to whoever still goes here, probably the Crankster. If this site ever gets deleted, it's probably because Forumotion got bankrupt or shut down their servers. Whatever you do with this site, if you do anything at all, is up to you guys.
Q: Why did it take so long for you to post this? You don 't care about us!?
A: I don't know why, but I could never have the guts to post this. Whenever I tried to post an official good bye like this, I always thought "What if I do come back?" I REALLY care for how much work went into this and the people who to this day still log on here. I appreciate all of your guy's and gal's commitment to this site, but I don't share that same commitment. I have had many good memories on here and CG, but my time has passed.
Also, I owe all of you an apology (especially Crankeh who I admit to ignoring a couple time when messaging me). I really left all of you in the dust when I abandoned BG. From the bottom of my heart, I have to say "I am sorry."
Well, that is the explanation I have for my absence. If you want a simple sentence summary because you thought "tl;dr" or think I'm being a bit too dramatic, I don't have the time or the motivation to commit myself to BG. Creating this website was a LOT of FUN, and I learned (and now forgotten ) a great deal of coding. Crankeh, Jeff, and everyone else in the BG community, farewell, and I hope you live your lives to the fullest.
