Custom Firmware for my PSP? Should I do it?

Post by AppendedVocaloid on Fri Aug 12, 2011 6:26 pm

Right: A few days ago (2 exactly) I went on PSP Demo's and downloaded a Demo of 'Hatsune Miku Project Diva 2nd'. Now I've read, watched and even dreamt about this game for months, but seeing as it's JAP only my only other option was to pay £50 + £5 shipping fee to get a pre-owned, shipped from Japan version off of Amazon.

Until I read about the ISO. Now, day by day I've been downloading the parts, there are 6 in total and I've downloaded 4 so far. My friend recomended the site and it is working. But, then he tells me I need CFW for my PSP to play it. Now I'm hoping that after all 6 parts are together it'd be a folder than I can easy Copy and Paste into my PSP's files, but aparently: It's not.

I want your advise whether I should or should not 'hack' my PSP to play it.
My PSP is OFW 6.60 and there is not a downgrad yet, so even if I wanted to it sounds difficult. I have a PSP 3000 and there are hardly any downgrades available.

    Can you advise me?
